We're Hiring: Junior Customer Support & Implementation Analyst – HealthPilot

Are you a recent graduate interested in healthcare and technology? Join our team and help hospitals successfully implement and use HealthPilot.

This is an entry-level chance for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. Previous healthcare technology experience is not required—we will provide complete product and implementation training.

Key responsibilities
Support the implementation of HealthPilot at hospital sites
Train and guide hospital staff on using the platform
Provide ongoing user support and resolve basic queries
Observe how hospital teams use the product and identify areas where they need assistance
Gather user feedback and share actionable insights with our product and development teams
Help improve product adoption and the overall customer experience

We're looking for someone who:




Is a recent graduate or has up to one year of work experience
Has positive communication and interpersonal skills
Is comfortable training and supporting hospital staff
Is patient, proactive, and willing to learn
Can understand technology and explain it in easy terms
Is willing to travel to hospital sites when required

Graduates from healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, hospital administration, business, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
