The app is designed to make artistic talent more discoverable, helping creators reach wider audiences and find meaningful collaborations. Sekeron supports creative partnerships by providing legal documentation that protects copyright for artists involved in collaborative projects.

The platform aims to build a supportive, inclusive community where artists can share their work, grow professionally, and explore current prospects.

Role Description The Culture Intern will support the development of a positive, artist-centric culture at Sekeron and within its community of users. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with organizing on-site events and activities, engaging with artists to understand their needs, and helping design initiatives that promote collaboration and inclusivity. The intern will also contribute to internal communication efforts, gather feedback on community experience,



and support documentation of cultural practices and guidelines.

This is an on-site internship role based in Recent Delhi, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in team and community interactions.

Qualifications

Interest in arts, culture, or creative communities, with a strong motivation to support and engage artists from diverse backgrounds.

Skills in communication, relationship-building, and collaboration, with the ability to listen actively and gather meaningful feedback.

Organizational and coordination abilities to help plan events, manage activities, and support community programs.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and online communities, with comfort using apps to interact and share information.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, demonstrate reliability, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Current student or recent graduate in fields such as humanities, social sciences, communications, media, or related areas preferred.
