Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management
Participate in the annual, quarterly and monthly Balance Sheet analysis process
Management reporting & support
Monthly analyzing the Companies Working Capital
Work with the SOX team to meet the reporting timetables and responsibilities
Prepare variance analysis for balance sheet, review the reconciliation between respective countries books and Reporting books.
Review monthly Debtors ageing reports, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Revenue for Hogarth and its Joint Ventures.
Comprehensive commentary for management review, covering variances and arising trends
Ad hoc Risk and Compliance tasks as required

Accounting & Controls
As required, work with management to establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company assets and operations
Reconciliations and review of balance sheet accounts for accuracy, with commentary / explanations where necessary
Ensure SOX compliance across all control and oversee SOX audits




Assist in the preparation of Working Capital Analysis on monthly basis.
Ensure all SOX relevant reconciliation are done based on the given deadline.

Requirements:
Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)/MBA Finance
Minimum2-3 years' experience in a similar role
A background in media or service-related industries would be beneficial (though not essential)
Experience working within project and flexible timeline
Solid Excel and Word skills
Previous SOX experience
Previous experience of Macroeconomy and Cartesis reporting would be beneficial, though not essential
Accuracy, attention to detail and robust organizational and analytical skills
A practical thinker who works efficiently and who consistently delivers within given deadlines
Well organized and able to manage a busy reporting timetable
A positive communicator approachable and builds effective working relationships with colleagues
