Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
Assist customers in understanding insurance policies, perks, and coverage options.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled and courteous support.





Skills and Qualifications - Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain (Mandatory).
Good English communication skills.
Proficiency in any one regional language.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation - CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000
