Assessing and Managing the companys compliance risk and providing support to the Compliance team to ensure compliance.
Periodically report on compliance failures/breaches to the concerned functional heads.
Preparing and presenting explicit and concise compliance reports to the management and conduct assessment of the compliance risk (at least once a year) and to develop a risk-oriented activity plan for compliance assessment.
