About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Australian Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior international voice process experience, excellent communication skills, and a sales-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the Australian market.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Provide a positive customer experience through skilled communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience (Mandatory).

Sales experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.





Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with the Australian time zone.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages

24+ Months Experience

CTC: ₹6.5 LPA

In-Hand: ₹42,700/month

During Training: ₹45,408/month

Post Training (Including Variable Pay): ₹48,117/month

18–23 Months Experience

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

In-Hand: ₹39,400/month + PMS up to ₹9,000

During Training: ₹41,900/month

Post Training (Including Variable Pay): ₹44,400/month

12–17 Months Experience

CTC: Up to ₹5.2 LPA

In-Hand: ₹34,120/month

During Training: ₹36,287/month

Post Training (Including Variable Pay): ₹38,453/month

6–11 Months Experience

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

In-Hand: ₹30,160/month

During Training: ₹31,660/month

Post Training (Including Variable Pay): ₹33,160/month
