A reputed Leather Goods & Garments Manufacturing Company located in Sector 64 Noida is urgently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join its team.

Location: Sector 64, Noida, UP

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 5 years in compliance management within the garments, footwear, textile, or manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities
Manage Higg FEMFSLM, amfori BEPIBSCI, and SEDEX SMETA (4-Pillar) compliance requirements.
Oversee environmental compliance, chemical management, carbon footprint assessment, and sustainability initiatives.
Prepare for compliance audits, maintain documentation, implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, certification bodies, consultants, and internal departments.
Manage compliance portals, data submissions,



and customer-specific compliance requirements.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with Higg FEM/FSLM, amfori BEPI/BSCI, and SEDEX portals.
Solid knowledge of environmental regulations, ESG principles, sustainability, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance activities effectively.
