Job Title: Data Engineer

Duration: 18 Months

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-native data solutions supporting Supply Chain analytics and AI initiatives across Sourcing, Transportation, and Warehouse Management (WMS). You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, high-quality data products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.
Develop data solutions using Dataproc, BigQuery, SQL, and dbt.
Create scalable data models for analytics and AI.
Ingest, transform, validate, and publish enterprise data.
Optimize data performance, reliability, and cost.
Perform testing, production support, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Analysts, and Engineering teams in an Agile workplace.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of Data Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Solid skills in Dataproc, BigQuery, SQL, and dbt.
Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Apache Airflow, Kafka, PySpark, and Python.
Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or Warehouse Management (WMS).
