Key Responsibilities of a dental assistant
Patient Care:
Preparing patients for dental procedures, including seating, draping, and taking vital signs.
Educating patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Assisting the dentist or hygienist during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and keeping the patient comfortable.
Taking and developing X-rays.
Administrative and Clerical Duties:
Scheduling appointments.
Processing payments from patients.
Maintaining patient records.
Equipment and Sterilization:
Sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments and equipment.
Preparing the treatment room by setting up equipment and supplies.

Skills and Qualities
Attention to detail:Dental assistants must be meticulous in their work,



ensuring that equipment is properly sterilized and procedures are followed accurately.
Communication skills:They need to be able to communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other members of the dental team.
Dexterity:Dental assistants must have positive hand-eye coordination to assist with procedures.
Organization:They need to be able to manage multiple tasks and keep the dental office running smoothly.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures:A solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology is essential.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
