About The Role
Function as dedicated SPOC for assigned customers and regional agents.
Work periodically with Assigned Customers and send MIS Reports to customer on daily basis
Role of SPOC (Single point of contact) for assigned customers is to be honored in terms of queries addressing, MIS Reports and other communication.
Queries to be responded and resolved within TAT.
Internal reports to be maintained on calls and queries addressed.
