About the Role

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Design Interns to support the team in developing high-quality visual assets for national and regional campaigns. The intern will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging creatives that strengthen the brand and improve campaign performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities ● Design campaign creatives for digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

● Create social media posts, banners, display ads, email creatives, and promotional assets.

● Develop standardized branding templates for national and regional campaigns to ensure brand consistency.

● Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, standees, and posters.

● Design app store creatives, website banners, landing page visuals, and in-app promotional assets.

● Edit short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.





● Collaborate with marketing managers to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual communication.

● Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality and brand guidelines.

● Support creative ideation for current campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills ● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

● Working knowledge of Canva.

● Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

● Solid understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and branding principles.

● Creative thinking with attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications ● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

● Portfolio showcasing digital creatives, branding work, or social media campaigns.

● Prior internship or freelance design experience is an added advantage.
