CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are searching for an experienced CSU Assistant at our MSC India - Pune facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting and providing backup for Manish and Nikhil
HAZ approval, finalization and HAZ booking – to be handled separately
Backup for COD / post-DTX corrections
Backup for MFTC, detention waiver requests and EMC requests received from POL/TSP/POD
Backup for wrong invoice escalations
POD communication for necessary pre-booking / post-DTX approvals
BL release
Telex release
Seaway BL amendments
Additional invoicing
Tracking
Hot load communication
EPR invoicing

Required Qualifications
