Role Description This is a part time, Design Internship role.

The Design

Intern will support brand and visual design projects by creating graphics, layouts, and assets for digital and print touchpoints under guidance from senior designers. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on customers, markets, and design trends, assisting in concept development, and preparing presentation decks and design documentation. The intern will collaborate closely with the strategy and design team,



contribute to brainstorming sessions, and help maintain design systems and libraries.

The role also involves receiving and applying feedback, organizing project files, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in line with Belong’s brand standards.

Qualifications

Robust visual and Graphic Design skills, including experience creating layouts, branding assets, and Graphics.

Ability to conduct structured Research to inform design decisions and understand user behavior and market context.

Familiarity with Architecture or spatial thinking and comfort translating structural concepts into visual systems.

Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).

Attention to detail, solid organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback in a collaborative studio environment.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or formal training in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
