We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Diagnose faults in PLC, drives, motors, and control panels
Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports
Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve MTTR
Support production team during machine breakdowns
Follow safety and maintenance SOPs
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of PLC systems
Understanding of CNC machine operations
Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read electrical drawings
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
Minimum 1 year experience in CNC maintenance
