Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via voice support.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions in a professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Document customer conversations and update records accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in customer support or voice process is an added advantage.
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home Quarterly Bonus of ₹4,215
