We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects at site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution and be fluent in Kannada for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
Monitor project progress and maintain site reports
Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the construction site
Handle material planning and site measurements
Liaise with clients and consultants as required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering




Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction projects
Solid knowledge of construction processes and site management
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Mandatory: Fluency in Kannada

Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Experience in residential/commercial building projects
Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
