Responsibilities
Current Project Initiation with Marketing Manager and Civil team
Project planning and execution in coordination with Marketing Manager and Civil team
Coordination with client on daily basis for the project execution
Preparation of Time schedule as per project and adhering to it
Daily updates with the site engineer
Vendor search and finalization of the vendors and rates on project to project basis
MIS reports on projects on daily basis
Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the and monthly submission of the same.
Cost Estimation (Pre-Tender/Project)
Coordinating with Site engineer, Vendor, client, Billing engineer, Project coordinator and Technical lead in smooth execution of the project

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Robust organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
