– Civil / Site Engineer Position: Civil / Site Engineer

Location: Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh About the Role We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Civil / Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timely, secure, and quality execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Execute work as per project schedule and achieve planned targets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Verify measurements and maintain site records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
Prepare daily progress reports and update work status.




Support billing, planning, and quantity verification when required.

Required Qualifications - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–8 years of experience in infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects.
Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
Knowledge of surveying, RCC, earthwork, structural, and finishing works.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation is preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
