Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities
Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage
Maintain site quality and safety standards
Coordinate with Project Engineer and office team
Report issues, delays, and requirements proactively
Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Positive communication with labour and seniors
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Responsive and proactive attitude
Willingness to work in rural and remote sites
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
