Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets, BOM costing, and standard costing. Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Perform variance analysis and investigate deviations from standard costs. Monitor manufacturing costs and support cost optimization initiatives. Conduct inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and inventory control analysis. Prepare monthly MIS reports, profitability reports, and management dashboards. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost accounting. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for accurate cost tracking. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Analyze product profitability and support management in pricing decisions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Solid knowledge of Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Financial Analysis. Experience in product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and budgeting.



Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures in the electronics/appliances industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with production and supply chain teams. Preferred Experience

Experience in Electronics, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, AC, Washing Machine, or Refrigerator manufacturing companies. Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments. Familiarity with BOM costing, inventory management, and plant accounting. Key Attributes

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Robust analytical mindset and commercial acumen. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
