Role Overview The Senior Manager – API Marketing will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and market development for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in West Maharashtra and Gujarat. The role involves strategic marketing, key account management, and close coordination with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies for API products
Manage and grow key accounts including formulators, pharma manufacturers, and exporters
Identify recent business prospects and expand customer base in the assigned territory
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QA, Regulatory,



and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Support product launches, technical presentations, and customer audits
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Chemistry) or equivalent; MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in API sales/marketing
Robust exposure to West Maharashtra and Gujarat pharma markets
