Role Description As a Co Founder at Healix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth. This full time remote position involves leading business development initiatives, cultivating partnerships with educational and healthcare institutions, and identifying new market opportunities.

You will oversee research and innovation programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, and contribute to product and service roadmaps. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking performance goals, managing key client relationships,



participating in funding and investor discussions, and building a strong organizational culture. You will also be expected to represent the company in external forums, and ensure that all initiatives align with Healix’s vision and values.

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, design evidence-based solutions, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, present complex ideas clearly, and build trusted relationships.
Proven Sales experience to drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and convert strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Solid Marketing expertise to shape brand positioning, support go-to-market strategies, and promote research and innovation offerings.
Demonstrated leadership in startups, consulting, or innovation-focused organizations; ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, or technology-driven projects is highly beneficial.
