Role & responsibilities The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality and timely execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications. The role includes coordinating with contractors, architects, and consultants, monitoring project progress, maintaining site records, verifying measurements and bills, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and resolving in office technical issues to achieve successful project completion.

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with robust knowledge of construction practices, site execution, and quality standards. Candidates should have positive coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage site activities efficiently. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation will be preferred. Experience in residential real estate projects will be an added advantage.
