Job Responsibilities:
Appointing recent franchisees
Get current admissions for franchisees
To achieve new children's registrations
Retaining existing business/ Kids
People management
Handling and growing the business in the region by improving the profitability of the state.
Experience and skills required:
8 to 10 years, of which minimum 4 years either in Banking or insurance or Telecom preferred.
Experience in franchise or dealer appointment with a team handling experience of 3 years is a must.
People management and Presentation skills
The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra – Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane - Navi Mumbai – Kalyan (Recent Mumbai regions).
Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi
