Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Certification Counsellor to guide learners, understand their career goals, and help them choose suitable AI certification programs. The role involves learner counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets.





Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working specialists on AI certification programs.
Explain course structure, perks, career opportunities, and certification details.
Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.
Follow up with prospective learners and resolve queries.
Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience in EdTech counselling, inside sales, or certification sales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with solid customer handling abilities.
