Role Description The Co-Founder role at Vitota Pharmaceutical is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and operational plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business development, guiding marketing and sales initiatives, supporting product and market research, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and partners.

The role involves managing budgets and resources, contributing to regulatory and compliance efforts, and establishing efficient processes across functions. The Co-Founder will also play a key role in hiring,



mentoring team members, and representing the company in external meetings and industry events.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate market opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and external representation of the company.

Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing business opportunities.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort working in a startup environment, with adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
