Role Description The Co-Founder (with investments only) role at Tropical Healer's is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves providing capital investment and actively contributing to strategic decision-making, including product roadmap, market positioning, and long-term growth plans.

The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine business models, review performance metrics, and guide sales and marketing initiatives. Daily activities include participating in leadership meetings, evaluating partnerships and distribution opportunities,



overseeing brand development efforts, and supporting operational priorities as the business scales. The role also requires representing the company to potential investors, partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and growth objectives.
