About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in MS Excel and company records.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Handle day-to-day office documentation and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel,
MS Word, and computer operations.
Rapid and accurate typing skills.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
