Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support.
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Provide accurate information about company services.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Monitor and follow up on pending customer queries until resolution.
