Role Description This is a full-time, in office Counselor role based in Hyderabad. The Counselor will engage with prospective students, understand their educational background, career goals, and interests, and guide them toward suitable CAD, CAM, and CAE courses. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining course structures and benefits, and supporting candidates through the admission and enrollment process.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions, following up with prospective students, coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, and contributing to outreach or promotional activities as needed.



The Counselor is expected to provide clear, ethical guidance and maintain a supportive and skilled atmosphere for learners.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical training options in clear, accessible language.

Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and a learner-focused approach.

Basic understanding of or interest in CAD, CAM, and CAE domains, with willingness to learn about course content and industry trends.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and CRM or lead-tracking software for maintaining records.

Prior experience in counseling, student advisory, education sales, or similar roles in the training or education sector is an advantage.

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling or education management are a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
