Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance standards.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales, Banking, BFSI, Collections or Insurance experience are preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
