Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Desk Sales team.
Generate recent business through telecalling and lead follow-ups.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Explain insurance products and recommend suitable policies.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy issuance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
Maintain customer records in CRM or MS Excel.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
