Role Description The Customer Support Specialist will handle daily customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries and concerns. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves resolving order-related issues, documenting customer feedback, and coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth service. The specialist will track common issues, share insights with management, and support continuous improvement in customer experience and satisfaction.

The role also includes explaining menu items,



assisting with order modifications, and maintaining explicit records of all customer interactions in internal systems. The ideal candidate will consistently uphold BANGLA’s standards of hospitality and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage high volumes of queries calmly and professionally.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Ability to provide basic Technical Support related to ordering platforms, apps, or online payment issues.

Solid Analytical Skills to identify recurring problems, interpret customer feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Clear and confident communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali is an advantage.

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, food delivery, or related domains preferred.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, operations-driven workplace with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is an added benefit.
