We are seeking a detail-oriented Data MIS Executive with 1 year of experience to support reporting, data analysis, and business operations. The ideal candidate should have solid Excel skills, experience creating dashboards, and the ability to generate accurate MIS reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze large datasets and identify trends, discrepancies, and insights.
Develop dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity across reports.
Automate recurring reports using Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, or VBA (preferred).
Collaborate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate business data.
Track KPIs and generate performance reports for stakeholders.
Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.




Maintain proper documentation of reports and reporting processes.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, Charts)
Power Query (preferred)
Power BI (basic to intermediate)
SQL (basic knowledge preferred)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with media, advertising, or digital marketing reporting.
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and client reporting.
Knowledge of automation tools or Excel VBA is an added advantage.
