We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing engaging creatives and editing skilled-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding purposes Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be given preference, as the role involves creating marketing content for land, plots, residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities Design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations,and marketing materials. Edit qualified-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Create promotional videos, property walkthroughs, drone footage edits, testimonials, and brand videos. Design project launch creatives, festival campaigns, offer banners, event promotions, and corporate branding materials.



Develop visually appealing infographics and educational content related to real estate. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to execute creative campaigns. Ensure all designs follow the company's brand identity and visual guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, Al tools, social media algorithms, and video editing techniques. Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines. Optimize creatives for different platforms and ad campaigns.

Required Skills Solid working knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Premiere Pro

CapCut

Al Design Tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo Al, Runway ML, etc.) Experience Required *Minimum 1+ year of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.

*Prior experience in Real Estate Marketing is highly preferred.

*Experience handling social media pages and digital advertising creatives will be an added advantage.
