Industry: Semiconductor / Automotive / Heavy Manufacturing (No IT/Software Services)

About the Role

We are hiring a Master Data Analyst to maintain, govern, and continuously improve global supply chain master data in SAP/ERP systems. You will enforce Master Data Governance (MDG) standards, audit data quality, and automate workflows.

Core Responsibilities
Maintain & Govern: Oversee global SCM master data in SAP/ERP following strict MDG standards, policies, and workflows.
Data Quality & Audits: Perform regular clean-ups, validations, and root-cause analyses to resolve duplicates and inconsistencies.
KPIs & Automation: Track data quality metrics, automate manual maintenance processes,



and streamline data workflows.
Migrations & Ops: Support data migrations, system testing, post-go-live operations, and SOP documentation.

Must-Have Eligibility Criteria
Academic Performance: Minimum 85% / 8.5+ CGPA in UG and PG.
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, OR
MBA / Masters in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Mgt. (if UG is non-technical).
Technical Skills: Hands-on SAP / ERP experience + Advanced Excel.
Aptitude: Robust mathematical, logical, and data validation skills.
Target Industry: Semiconductor or Automotive preferred (Pure IT Services/Software profiles will be rejected).
