Role Description This full-time, on-site CyberSecurity Pre-Sales Engineer role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on supporting the sales process with technical cybersecurity expertise. The role involves working closely with sales teams to understand client requirements, design secure solution architectures, and prepare technical proposals and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and mapping customer needs to WeGrowIT’s security offerings.

The CyberSecurity Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate with technical support and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices.



The role also requires building solid relationships with customers, addressing technical queries, and staying current with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering skills, including solution design, technical presentations, and proposal development.

Candidates should possess core Sales and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand business challenges, and build long-term relationships.

Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical solutions and assist in proof-of-concept activities.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant experience in cybersecurity, networking, or IT infrastructure; industry certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities in parallel, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
