Role & responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI and Python, ensuring scalability and performance in production settings
Design and implement data pipelines on GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow) to support real-time and batch analytics.
Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver measurable outcomes
Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling to uncover insights and support business decision-making
Build dashboards and visualizations to present findings clearly using tools like Tableau, Power BI or Python-based libraries
Provide technical guidance on data extraction from Enterprise Data Warehouse and integration with data lakes or cloud platforms
Develop reusable components, templates, and best practices for analytics delivery
Maintain and optimize data workflows in Snowflake, ensuring data quality, consistency and accessibility
Support model monitoring and retraining processes to ensure continued accuracy and relevance of deployed solutions

Preferred candidate profile
4 -10 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning roles




Proven experience in leading end-to-end data science projects in large-scale enterprise environments
Experience in interacting with Senior internal or external stakeholders around project/ service conceptualization and plan of delivery
Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL, with proven ability to develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning and data pipelines
Experience with data extraction from Enterprise Data Warehouse
Proficient in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) to deliver explicit, actionable insights
Skilled in statistical modelling including regression, hypothesis testing, time series analysis and clustering with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively
Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Dataflow for scalable data processing and analytics
Working knowledge of Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing, including writing productive SQL queries and integrating with data pipelines
