Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, chats, or in-person meetings.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, BBM, MBA,B-Tech etc.).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
