Responsibility:
Modernize the Dell Online Support experience through advanced AI models.
Support the development and implementation of machine learning models.
Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for cutting-edge solutions.
Analyze and prepare data for model training.
Conduct statistical experiments and evaluate results.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as nltk and spacy.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt optimization.
