Qualifications & Skills
Experience:2+ years of qualified experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
Containerization & Orchestration: Solid proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows with GitHub Actions.
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Hands-on working knowledge of AWS core services, alongside experience with legacy bare-metal infrastructure.
Database Familiarity: Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle bare-metal databases.
Observability Stack: Hands-on experience configuring and interpreting metrics/logs using Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
Development Stack: Familiarity with supporting APIs written in Node.js and Java.
Communication: Solid verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating across distributed global teams.
