Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok for D2C clients—focusing on CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
Build and manage audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and dynamic creative testing frameworks to maximize conversion efficiency.
Collaborate with creatives and analysts to A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and offer strategies—turning insights into rapid execution.
Monitor, report, and diagnose campaign performance daily; recommend real-time bid, budget, and targeting adjustments.




Own client-facing weekly performance reviews with actionable recommendations backed by granular platform analytics.
Stay ahead of platform updates, beta features, and emerging channels (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat, programmatic) to propose pilot tests.
