Role Description This is a full time, in office Credentialing Specialist role based in Mysuru Taluka.

The Credentialing

Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end provider credentialing processes, including gathering required documentation, completing applications, and ensuring timely submissions to payers and regulatory bodies. The role involves maintaining accurate credentialing records, monitoring credentialing and re-credentialing timelines, and verifying provider information in accordance with compliance standards.





The Credentialing

Specialist collaborates closely with providers, internal teams, and external organizations to resolve credentialing issues, support onboarding, and minimize disruptions to revenue cycle workflows.

Qualifications
Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills, with experience handling provider enrollment and re-credentialing processes.
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of Medicare and other major payer requirements, policies, and credentialing guidelines.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple credentialing cases simultaneously.
Proficiency with credentialing and practice management systems, along with basic MS Office skills.
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulatory compliance is preferred.
Prior experience in a healthcare credentialing or related administrative role is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is an advantage.
