We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team through regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through outbound calls.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Update client details and call records in the CRM.
Provide accurate information about company services.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English is required; Hindi and Telugu are preferred.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
