Role & responsibilities
Own endtoend credit card product roadmap and enhancements.
Drive portfolio growth across acquisition, activation, spends, and retention.
Manage pricing, rewards, fees, underwriting inputs, and customer journeys.
Analyze portfolio KPIs and execute data-driven lifecycle interventions.
Lead crossfunctional execution with risk, marketing, tech, and operations.
Identify market prospects, benchmark competition, and propose innovations.
Ensure P&L; ownership and deliver sustainable profitability.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust analytical, product-thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of credit card lifecycle, P&L; levers, and risk metrics.
Experience in digital-first card journeys, cobrand programs, or fintech ecosystems (preferred).
