Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for DevOps platforms and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure.
Assist engineering teams with deployment, configuration, and automation-related requests.
Monitor platform health and respond to incidents and service requests.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and operational tasks.
Investigate and resolve build, release, and setting issues.
Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call and support rotations as required.
Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to improve platform stability and support processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience in DevOps,
Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
Experience with Git and source control management.
Knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting cloud settings - AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
