About the Role:

As a Disbursal Manager, you will need to carry out support activities of credit & operations processes at hub level. Following laid down processes, coordinating with customers to complete deliverables within timelines & manage hub operations are the core of this role.

Candidate Requirements:
Effective organization, multitasking & interpersonal skills
An eye for details with robust focus on accuracy & TAT




Comfortable with direct dealing with customers, vendors etc
Understanding of mortgage & working of MS Office preferred though not mandatory
Be willing to stretch beyond the usual to catalyse business & keep governance practices in place

Key Responsibilities:
Support credit by getting relevant reports on time from vendors (FI, RCU, Legal etc)
Coordination with customer for executing loan formalities viz. agreement, mandate etc
Support Operations in disbursal by completing the loan file(filling, checking, seeking required approvals)
Manage general hub operations viz. Registers, inventory management, customer service, support in audits, cash collection & deposition, file & document dispatch etc
Coordinate with customer & lawyer for transaction & completing PDD’s
