Payment reconciliation and tracking of customer receipts.

Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.

Ledger reconciliation and account maintenance.

Recovery and management of TDS Certificates (Form 16A).

Preparation and maintenance of Daily Transaction Reports (DTR).

Maintaining cheque details and cheque tracking statements.

Monitoring and recording daily bank transactions.

Updating and maintaining KYC documentation as per compliance requirements.

Preparation of sales-related MIS reports and management reports.

Coordination with internal teams and clients for smooth financial and sales operations.
