We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of goods and managing load bookings, ensuring productive transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the dispatch process for shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle load booking with designated carriers, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status.
Monitor and track shipments using logistics software to ensure adherence to schedules.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the dispatch process.
Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and documentation.
Requirements
6 months -1 year experience as a Dispatch Executive
Familiarity with load booking processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
