Job Summary: The WPR acts as a supporting resource within a team or department and internal stack holders and collaborating with managers to implement strategies and meet organizational goals. The role often involves both operational tasks and supervisory responsibilities, depending on the requirement structure.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the team in managing facility-related activities for NAF offices in India (Chennai and Coimbatore)
Define the long-term strategy and architecture vision for facility management.
Think out of box, plan and build a rapo with internal stack holder.
Work closely with Internal stack holder, understand the requirement,
deep dive the corner case solutions and detail out the scope.
Professionally maintain records, all registers and create updates regularly.
Key Competencies
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
Overall, 3+ years in facility management services
3+ years of experience contributing to the Transport, Travel
3+ years of experience in people management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, Presentation)
Robust programming technical, Soft and Transport operation skills
Ability to work in rotational shift and placed in any workplace
Proficient in Problem solving
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills working across multiple geographies
Good to have
A Deep understanding of cross functional teams and working across the teams
Ability to handle Aggressive timelines and achieve optimal solutions to the Business requirements
